Who runs Degraded

Degraded is a service of Inky Poodle Studio LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Inky Poodle Studio LLC, and "we" on this page means Inky Poodle Studio LLC.

What the site shows

Degraded shows the results of automated checks we run against public AI services from our own network, along with what each company's official status page says. Our results reflect what our checks saw at that moment. They can differ from what you or the company see, because of network conditions, regional issues, account limits or problems on our side.

No guarantee

The site and its alerts are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Alerts can be late, missing or wrong. Do not rely on Degraded as your only source for decisions that matter, such as incident response, switching providers or anything affecting safety, money or contracts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inky Poodle Studio LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, its data or its alerts, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Not affiliated

Degraded is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company whose service appears here. Product and company names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the services we check.

Sponsors and affiliate links

Some links are sponsored or are affiliate links, and are labelled as such. We may earn money from them. They never change what our checks report.

Corrections

If you believe something shown here is wrong, including if you represent a listed company, email hello@degraded.io. We review reports promptly and correct or remove errors.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one.
